Nuclear Lead will work with you to meet your design specificiations and will produce percision lead castings. Our lead castings are gravity poured depending on the application, and are available in your choice of lead alloys or antimonies. We are equipped to cast products ranging from .5 lbs up to 25,000 lbs.
- LEAD BARS & RODS: Our lead bars & lead rods are the ideal solution for repairing leaded caulk joints, and are available are cut-to-length in various dimensions, diameters, and alloy grades depending on your application. - LEAD BRICKS: Our straight and interlocking lead brick is a cost-effective, flexible solution for temporary or permanent lead storage, complete lead rooms, and lead wall construction. Our lead bricks are cast from 99.9% virgin lead, and torch-polished for a smooth, cavity-free surface.
Lead bricks are commonly found in nuclear reactors, radioactive medicine storage, and radioactive lab material storage. In addition to nuclear shielding applications, lead bricks can be used as partitions, hot cells, and ballast weights. - LOW RADIATION SHIELDING (COUNTING SHIELDS): Counting shields eliminate negative radiation contamination, allowing accurate measurement of radiation concentration. Samples, such as soil, are placed in the counting shield and measured on-site or remotely.

- LEAD SYRINGE HOLDERS / SHIELDED SYRINGE HOLDERS: We provide lead syringe holders for shielded and unshielded syringes, as well as lead syringe carriers for safe storage and transport. Lead syringe holders are custom fabricated to your specified diameter and thickness. Syringe carriers can be configured for radiopharmaceutical syringes with or without needle covers.
